About me

Hi, I’m Annika, lead UX & service designer based in Berlin.

I describe myself as a full-stack designer, having a background in UI/UX and focusing currently mainly on service design, as well as educating myself on futures thinking and DE&I topics. 

Having lead design teams since 2017 and project teams since 2020, I still enjoy hands-on design work, like to stay connected to my discipline in order to be an empathetic team lead.

I’m passionate about enabling research-based co-creation for digital service concepts. Keeping the bigger picture in mind, including planet health and societal well-being, I enjoy facilitating, structuring and supporting creation processes from concept stage to far beyond an MLP implementation.
